Can I also order an eSIM?
You can request and install an eSIM directly in the swype app.
If you want to use an eSIM, select «eSIM» in the app when you register. Your eSIM profile will automatically be downloaded to your device.
Simply follow the instructions in the swype app and check your device settings afterwards as follows:
Android devices: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager and check if the new eSIM is listed under your SIM cards.
iOS devices (Apple): Go to Settings > Mobile Service and check if the new eSIM profile is listed under your SIM cards.
After the installation, your eSIM will be active automatically. You can check its status in the swype app on your number dashboard under «Number Settings» (⚙️ gear icon) > «SIM Settings» > «View eSIM Info».
