My SIM card hasn’t arrived. What happens now?
Please check whether your registered address in the swype app is correct, whether your name is written on your mailbox and what the delivery status is. After ordering a SIM card or after it has been dispatched, you’ll receive an automatically generated e-mail with your personal post tracking code or a link that you can use to track the delivery status of the SIM cards.
