How long will it take for me to receive my SIM card?
Your SIM card will be prepared for shipment immediately after your order and sent by A Mail after your delivery data has been handed over to the Swiss postal service.
As soon as your delivery details have been submitted to the Swiss Post, you will receive an email with a tracking code or a link that you can use to track the SIM card delivery status.
Once you receive the SIM card, you can easily activate it: Open the swype app, scan the QR code that was delivered with the SIM card, and insert the card into your device.
