How can I change my plan?
You can change your plan in the swype app under «Number Settings» (gear icon on the respective number dashboard) > «Manage Plan» by selecting the desired plan change («Change to Surf» / «Change to Swiss» / «Change to Europe» / «Change to Surf Europe».
Once you've selected your preferred plan, you can choose whether to:
1. Change your plan immediately (if an upgrade is possible)
- Tap «Change now», read the information on the next screen carefully, acknowledge the rules, and confirm by tapping «Confirm».
- The new plan will be activated immediately and will be valid for 30 days. The cost will be charged right away.
- Please note that an immediate plan change cannot be undone.
2. Schedule the change for your next plan renewal date
- Tap «Schedule it», read the information on the next screen carefully, and confirm by tapping «Confirm».
- The new plan will take effect after your current plan period ends. The main plans — swype Surf, swype Swiss, swype Europe, and swype Surf Europe — are valid for 30 days.
- A plan change that is already scheduled for the next renewal date can be managed in the swype app under «Number Settings» (gear icon on the respective number dashboard) > «Manage Plan» in one of the following ways:
- By tapping the “Cancel rate plan change?” button to cancel it up until the scheduled date, or
- By tapping the “Change NOW to ...” button to apply the change immediately. In this case, the new plan will be activated right away and will be valid for 30 days. The cost will be charged immediately.
Please note that no booster change is possible. The «swype International» and «swype Roaming» boosters are valid for 24 hours. You can activate or deactivate your booster in the swype app on the respective number dashboard under «Booster Manage your options +».
