I forgot my login method. What can I do?
The following login methods are available when creating a swype account:
E-mail and password
Apple ID login
Facebook account login
Google account login
If you do not remember with which of these login methods you have opened your swype account, open the swype app, click on «Help» under "Sign in > Forgot your login or password?" «Help >» , choose the option «Forgot login details», enter your swype number into the field provided and click on "Continue" button.
For security reason you’ll receive an SMS containing a confirmation code. You’ll now need to enter this code into the field provided.
After successfully entering the received SMS code, the next screen will show you your e-mail and your login method associated with your swype account on which the entered phone number is. Read the explanation text at the bottom, click on "Continue" and sign in with this login method.
