My SIM card appears to be faulty. What can I do?
To begin with, please check if the SIM card really is faulty. Insert your SIM card into a different smartphone and connect to the mobile network. If this is successful, your SIM card should be working.
If the SIM card still doesn’t work, you can order a new replacement SIM card for free in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings > «Replace SIM card» check and update your shipping address > «Confirm Order».
Important: Please note that a replacement SIM card can only be ordered for the respective swype number for which one of the main tariffs is activated. If no main tariff is activated, you will also be automatically informed during the replacement process that you must first activate one of the main tariffs in order to replace your SIM card.
