I’ve lost my SIM card, what can I do?
In this case, you can block your number or your SIM card at any time, either online at www.swype.ch > «Get swype» > «Sign in» > «Block SIM» or in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings > «Block SIM».
If you find your SIM card again, you can unblock it in the same way.
Otherwise, you can order a new replacement SIM card for free in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings > «Replace SIM card» > Change shipping address > «Confirm Order».
Important: Please note that a replacement SIM card can only be ordered for the respective swype number for which one of the main tariffs is activated. If no main tariff is activated, you will also be automatically informed during the replacement process that you must first activate one of the main tariffs in order to replace your SIM card.
Once you have received the new SIM card, you will need to log in to the swype app again and scan (or possibly enter manually) the SIM card QR code that you received as follows: Number settings (gear icon) > «SIM Settings > «Replace SIM card» > «I already have a new swype SIM card» > scan code/or enter it manually and the "Switch your SIM card" process will begin.
