How can I switch from an eSIM to a conventional SIM card?
If you are already a swype customer, you can order a physical SIM card directly in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings» > «Change to SIM card» > Change shipping address > and complete the order by clicking on «Confirm order».
Should you already have a new swype SIM card, you can click on the «I already have a new swype SIM card» link and activate the SIM card according to the instructions.
Important: Please note that a SIM change is only possible if one of the main tariffs is activated for the respective swype number. If no main tariff is activated, you will be automatically informed during the change process that you must first activate one of the main tariffs in order to be able to change your eSIM to a SIM card.
