How can I set up my eSIM profile?
During the registration process, you can opt for an eSIM instead of a conventional SIM card.
If you want to keep your existing phone number, select the option «Transfer number» and carry out the porting steps. If you want to use the suggested number, select «New number». You can then install the eSIM and select and activate the desired swype mobile plan. Your eSIM profile will automatically be downloaded to your device.
Simply follow the instructions in the swype app and check your device settings afterwards as follows:
Android devices: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager and check if the new eSIM is listed under your SIM cards.
iOS devices (Apple): Go to Settings > Mobile Service and check if the new eSIM profile is listed under your SIM cards.
After the installation, your eSIM will be active automatically. You can check its status in the swype app on your number dashboard under «Number Settings» (⚙️ gear icon) > «SIM Settings» > «View eSIM Info».
