How can I get an eSIM?
eSIMs are available for all swype mobile subscriptions/tariffs.
New customers can opt for an eSIM in the swype app during the registration process. Please follow the registration process for this.
Existing customers can initiate the switch to an eSIM in the swype app as described below.
If your device supports eSIM technology or you want to use your swype number on another eSIM-enabled device, you can switch your current number from a conventional SIM card to an eSIM in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings» > «Change to eSIM». Please follow the further instructions to install the eSIM profile. For security reasons, you will need to go through an ID validation process or identity check when you first switch to an eSIM before you can install the eSIM on your device.
You can also use your eSIM abroad; it’s no different from your traditional SIM card.
