I have a new device. How can I transfer my eSIM to the new device?
To install a replacement eSIM, you can install the swype app on your new device, log in with your login details, request a replacement eSIM under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings» > «View eSIM Info» > «Transfer eSIM» and install it on your new device.
Simply follow the instructions in the swype app and check your device settings afterwards as follows:
Android devices: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager and check if the new eSIM is listed under your SIM cards.
iOS devices (Apple): Go to Settings > Mobile Service and check if the new eSIM profile is listed under your SIM cards.
After the installation, your eSIM will be active automatically. You can check its status in the swype app on your number dashboard under «Number Settings» (⚙️ gear icon) > «SIM Settings» > «View eSIM Info».

Important: Please note that an eSIM card can only be transferred to a new device if one of the main tariffs is activated for the respective swype number. If no main tariff is activated, you will be automatically informed during the eSIM transfer process that you must first activate one of the main tariffs in order to transfer and install your eSIM on a new device.
