How can I install a new replacement eSIM?
To install a replacement eSIM, you can install the swype app on your new device, log in with your login details, request a replacement eSIM under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings» > «View eSIM Info» > «Transfer eSIM» and install it on your new device.
Important: Please note that a replacement eSIM card can only be transferred to a new device if one of the main tariffs is activated for the respective swype number. If no main tariff is activated, you will be automatically informed during the eSIM transfer process that you must first activate one of the main tariffs in order to transfer and install your eSIM on a new device.
