How can I order a new replacement SIM card?
To order a replacement SIM card, you can install the swype app on your new device, log in with your login details and order your replacement SIM card under «Number settings (gear icon)» > «SIM Settings» > «Replace SIM Card» > check and change shipping address > «Confirm Order».
Important: Please note that a replacement SIM card can only be ordered for the respective swype number for which one of the main tariffs is activated. If no main tariff is activated, you will also be automatically informed during the replacement process that you must first activate one of the main tariffs in order to replace your SIM card.
