My number is inactive, what do I need to do?
In this case, you can log in to the swype app with your login details and reactivate your number by going to the «Number Settings» (gear icon) > «Manage Plan» and activate one of the main plans (swype Swiss & swype Surf & swype Europe & swype Surf Europe).
Please note that it is not possible to reactivate a phone number that has been inactive for 18 months. However, you can order a new SIM card at any time and activate a new number.
Please note that you can add and manage a maximum of five phone numbers on a swype account.
