Where can I activate the various mobile plans?
You can activate your mobile plans at any time in the swype app when you are logged in. You will need an Internet connection to do so.
Please find a Wi-Fi connection first and then activate the desired main plan (swype Swiss, swype Surf, swype Europe, swype Surf Europe) under the «Number Settings» (gear icon) > «Manage Plan» in the swype app. During activation, the respective plan amount will be debited directly from your stored payment method.
If one of the main plans is activated and you are in Switzerland, you can turn off your Wi-Fi on your device and use the mobile data to activate additional plans.
If you have activated the main plan swype Swiss, swype Surf or swype Surf Europe, you can activate the swype International or swype Roaming option on the number dashboard under «Booster Manage your options +». If you are abroad, please make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network to activate a plan.
If you have activated the main plan swype Europe, you can activate the swype International option on the number dashboard under «Booster Manage your options +» too.
