If you have any further questions, we would be happy to help you by chat or with the contact form. Our swype Customer Service team will process your request as quickly as possible during our customer service business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00). Our virtual agent is available 24/7 via the chat tool and can answer most questions. If you request to speak to an agent during the chat, the chatbot will automatically transfer you to a live agent during support hours (Mon. – Fri. from 9:00 to 17:00).
