I have redeemed my voucher. How can I use my credit?
You can use the credit you received when you redeemed the swype vouchers to pay for all swype tariffs.
You can see your available credit in the swype app under the main navigation > «Vouchers & Credits».
When a rate is activated, the amount due is automatically deducted directly from your available credit, as long as it is sufficient to cover the entire amount. Otherwise, you will need to pay the full amount or part of the amount using the payment method stored in the app.
Billing example:
You have a credit balance of CHF 5.– on your account and would like to activate a tariff. We will deduct your credit (CHF 5.–) and you will only pay the rest of the tariff price using the payment method stored (credit/debit card or TWINT).
Once you have used up your credit, you will be billed in full for the activation or renewal of your tariff(s) using the payment method stored in the swype app.
Please note: You are not entitled to have your credit paid out. The vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money. They can only be used for tariff activations in the swype app.
