How can I activate the eSIM I ordered?
During the registration process, you can order an eSIM instead of a conventional SIM card and then install it.
If you have opted for an eSIM during registration, you can either install it on your current device or on a different one. Simply follow the instructions in the swype app and check your device settings afterwards as follows:
Android devices: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager and check if the new eSIM is listed under your SIM cards.
iOS devices (Apple): Go to Settings > Mobile Service and check if the new eSIM profile is listed under your SIM cards.
After the installation, your eSIM will be active automatically. You can check its status in the swype app on your number dashboard under «Number Settings» (⚙️ gear icon) > «SIM Settings» > «View eSIM Info».
