My SIM card appears to be faulty. What can I do?
To begin with, please check if the SIM card really is faulty. Insert your SIM card into a different smartphone and connect to the mobile network. If this is successful, your SIM card should be working.
If the SIM card still doesn’t work, you can order a new replacement SIM card for free in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > SIM > «ReplaceSIM card» > check and update your shipping address > «Confirm Order».
