I’ve lost my SIM card, what can I do?
In this case, you can block your number or your SIM card at any time, either online at www.swype.ch > Sign in > «Block SIM» or in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > SIM > «Block SIM».
If you find your SIM card again, you can unblock it in the same way.
Otherwise, you can order a new replacement SIM card for free in the swype app under «Number settings (gear icon)» > SIM > «ReplaceSIM card» > check and update your shipping address > «Confirm Order».
