How can I cancel a SIM card order?
Please note that you cannot cancel a SIM card order after you have placed it. The SIM card is sent for free, however, and there is also no obligation to use it.
If you are not the one who placed the SIM card order, you are not obligated to use it. You can either dispose of it or give it away if you do not want to use it and have not yet activated it.
