My SIM card hasn’t arrived. What happens now?
Please check whether your registered address in the swype app is correct, whether your name is written on your mailbox and what the delivery status is. After ordering a SIM card or after it has been dispatched, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with your personal tracking code or a link through which you can track the delivery status of the SIM cards.

If your address information is correct and the SIM card still doesn’t arrive, please order a new SIM card via the swype app. Swype to the left or go to the next page on the bottom right and order the SIM card under «Add New Number» > check the address or update it under «Change shipment address» > «Confirm Order».
