How long will it take for me to receive my SIM card?
We will send you the SIM card to the address that you provided as quickly as possible by A Mail.
In addition, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with your personal tracking code or a link through which you can track the SIM card delivery status.
If your address information is correct and the SIM card still doesn’t arrive, please order a new SIM card via the swype app. Swype to the left or go to the next page on the bottom right and order the SIM card under «Add New Number» > check the address or update it under «Change shipment address» > «Confirm order».
