My number is inactive, what do I need to do?
In this case, you can log in to the swype app with your login details and reactivate your number by going to «Number settings (gear icon)» > SUBCRIPTIONS > and activating one of the main tariffs (Activate swype Swiss & Activate swype Surf).
Please note that it is not possible to reactivate a phone number that has been inactive for 18 months. However, you can order a new SIM card for free at any time and activate a new number.
