How can I cancel my subscription or my tariffs?
To begin with, please make sure that your device has a working Internet connection.
When you are logged in to the swype app with your login details, you can then deactivate your current tariff at any time under the «Number settings (gear icon)» > SUBSCRIPTIONS for the respective number.
The respective tariff will thereby be deactivated at the end of the paid period and will no longer be renewed automatically. If required, you can reactivate the tariff or renew it at any time after the paid period has expired.
Once the tariff has expired, this number will be displayed as inactive in your account. After 18 months, inactive numbers are automatically deactivated and can no longer be reactivated.
If you change your mind, you can reactivate the tariff at any time or renew it after the expiration date. The SIM card/eSIM must be unblocked for you to do so.
Please note that you can add a maximum of five phone numbers to an account.
