How can I reactivate a deactivated tariff?
You’ve changed your mind and want to undo the tariff deactivation?
You can reactivate the deactivated tariff at any time by going to the number settings (gear icon) > SUBSCRIBTIONS (e.g., «Reactivate swype Swiss»).
You can reactivate the 5Gadditional option (tariff) by going to the number settings (gear icon) > SIM > «Reactivate swype 5G». Please note: You can only reactivate the swype 5G option if one of the main tariffs (Swiss or Surf) is active.
If you confirm the reactivation, your tariff will continue as before and will automatically be renewed on the date originally displayed in the application. We will send you an e-mail to confirm the reactivation.
At the moment, you can only undo a deactivation of the following rates:
swype Swiss
swype Surf
swype 5G
The daily tariffs (Talk and International) cannot be reactivated.
If you have deactivated one of these, but still want to use it the next day: Open the app after the tariff has expired and then reactivate it.
