How can I activate my number?
Log in to the swype app with your login details and insert the swype SIM card that was delivered to you into your phone at the specified time on the activation date (or install an eSIM directly in the swype app).
Afterwards, you can scan the QR code that was included with the SIM card or manually enter the SIM card number (or install the eSIM), select the desired rate, activate it and use the service.
IMPORTANT: If you want to keep your current number, please be sure to select the option «Keep my existing number» in this step during the SIM card/eSIM activation process. Otherwise, a new number will be assigned to you and you will have to order a new SIM card and repeat the porting process.
Please also make sure that the SIM card you are using for number porting is new. If you scan a SIM card that you have already used for another swype number, the process will be rejected. A SIM card can only be used for one number, so you will not be able to reuse it for another number.
