What is the correct way to scan my ID?
Passport:
Scan the page with your photo and personal information (first name, last name, date of birth, etc.) and then follow the instructions in the app.
ID or Swiss residence permit*:
Scan the front and back of your ID card or Swiss residence permit in credit card format and then follow the instructions in the app.
*Please note that Swiss residence permits in paper format are not supported and therefore cannot be scanned.
