How does the promotion work that offers one month for free?
The «First month free» promotion is available to all new customers. For them, the costs for the initial activation of swype Surf or swype Swiss are waived.
To benefit from the promotion, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a new customer (newly created accounts for existing customers are not eligible for the promotion)
- You must activate swype Surf or swype Swiss
Please note:
- After the first free month, we will automatically debit the rate amount from your payment method stored in the swype app before its automatic renewal, unless you have deactivated the rate beforehand.
- Usage of swype 5G, swype Talk and swype International is not part of the promotion.
- Only the initial activation of the swype Swiss or swype Surf rate entitles the customer to a free month of the swype Swiss or swype Surf rate.
- This promotion is only valid for the phone number that is activated first. All additional phone numbers activated on the account do not benefit from the promotion.
